I dont know much about Burlesque but I know that this type of dancing was REAL. Like real history. Apparently, the brief description implies Creole (Black) women were forced into common law marriage to white men in the late 1800′s. I’m guessing this type of dancing was popular about then but … it stirs my mind to think of the life our people endured… they are such strong people.

My man ILLAMAN aka CVILLE dropped a new video for “99 MISSED CALLS”. Lucky me, they shot on location at PRE459 studio, aka my apartment, lol. Was a fun day and respect to the big homey for partitioning some of the budget funds for the studio rental. Much Respect.
