Dear Internet Hip Hop followers…

If you have not heard of Jesse Abraham, now is your chance. I’m not going to write a partial bio with his stats and all, I’m going to tell you how I came to know JA. Well, we were facebooked… but I didnt know JA. He was sponsoring a multi-bus trip to take whoever to one of his performances. Being the eager music business type, I took up Jesse on an offer to travel with “the group” My, was it a trip… I met Kalae All Day, J Monopoly, Kalil Kash, amongst a few other local hard-working talents, like the van driver who could roll blunts in the rain while maneuvering a 15 paseenger vehicle.

To say the least, it was a trip well worth it. JA is on his music “business”… above that he makes fun music I can enjoy without wanting to rob or jack somebody by song’s end, he has a supreme positive outlook on how he is currently spending his time; making music and making money. How you say? Well, I was curious too as I do not support the “blind-faith-ima-getta-deal-or-be-broke” approach, I wanted to know how he was supporting his career. JA says, “I’m an Entrepreneur. I own and operate a tutoring company.” Whoa, didn’t see that one coming. Nonetheless, every event or promotional agenda that JA sets in motion looks very well groomed and it LOOKS LIKE he is signed because his product is so well polished, music to image to public relations.

If your a rookie in the game, you could learn something by studying JA’s moves. He is doing this without a machine in the background and damn good job I might add.
